Damn, it smells good in here....

I am finally making the potato recipe from the aforementioned "Potatoes - check, Cream Cheese- check....." post from earlier this month.  I figured I would get them made during the day to make room in the oven for the Russian Chicken I will be making later.  Don't let the name of the dish we're having tonight let you think we are being ethnic by any means.  It just means it includes Russian dressing which I believe is only related to the country by the fact that they both have a history of being red.
