One day everything will work out

So today I have my second interview at St. Mary's Credit Union, and I am ok with the fact that I may be going in a completely different direction then my years in Printing have lead me....then what happens?  Just as I'm about ready to head upstairs to change I get an email from a printing place I applied for last week asking for a phone interview for their opening for a Customer Service Rep.  Not that I'm expecting to get a job offer today or anything, but if I did what would I or should I do?  I can't think about it right now, I'm getting ahead of myself.
