Potatoes - check, Cream Cheese- check.....

I'm sitting here waiting for the Olympics to come on, with Montel Williams trying to sell me some amazing power juicer that will change my life!  Thank goodness for the mute button, and The Pioneer Women.  I found a recipe to try that has cream cheese in it, which I now have 5 containers due to my coupon shopping.  Of course I'm going to lighten mine up a little with less butter and skim milk, but I'm sure they will still be great.
